🏡 House Rules for your Happy Place stay Please take a moment to read these guidelines for a pleasant stay:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (please be considerate of the neighbors)

No parties or events – thank you for helping to keep a good atmosphere in the building.

Smoking: only allowed on the two balconies (ashtrays provided)

Pets: unfortunately not allowed (cleaning effort is too high)

Waste separation: please use the designated bins (paper, residual waste, bio, yellow bag; small bins in the bathrooms)

Kitchen: please leave dishes, stove & dishwasher clean

Visitors: overnight stays of unregistered guests are not permitted

Key box / key: the PIN code must not be shared; in case of loss, replacement costs may apply

Cleanliness: please leave the apartment broom-clean so the next guests can feel at home right away

🌡 Heating & energy: please use the heating responsibly – avoid turning all radiators on high when windows or doors are open.

Before departure, please close all windows. I’m happy when you treat my Happy Place as if it were your own home ❤️
